These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CRPJet LLC platform, including the Web App, Mobile App, multi-chain wallet, smart debit card, crypto payment gateway, AI-powered lending protocols, and all related services (collectively, the “Service”), provided by CRPJet (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age (or 21 in some jurisdictions) and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding the use of digital assets and decentralized platforms.

We reserve the right to restrict access to certain jurisdictions where use of our Service may not be permitted or lawful.

2. NATURE OF THE SERVICE

CRPJet is a decentralized, blockchain-powered financial ecosystem designed to bridge the gap between traditional finance and the blockchain economyCRPJET white paper H+.
We provide tools including but not limited to:

• Multi-chain Web3 wallet

• Smart debit card (virtual and physical)

• Crypto payment gateway

• AI-driven decentralized lending protocols

• Utility token ($CRPJ) and staking/farming mechanisms

We do not custody your funds or private keys. You are solely responsible for securing your own wallets, keys, and credentials.

3. RISKS AND DISCLAIMER

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Cryptocurrencies and decentralized finance involve significant risks, including market volatility, loss of value, and potential regulatory changes.

• Blockchain transactions are irreversible; once confirmed, they cannot be undone.

• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your wallet and any losses incurred.

• The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Any information presented on the platform or in documentation is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.

4. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when interacting with us.

• Maintain the confidentiality and security of your private keys and account credentials.

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.

• Not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service, the networks, or the security of the platform.

You must not:

• Use the Service for fraudulent or illegal activities.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.

• Introduce malicious code, exploits, or any harmful technologies.

5. USE OF THE
CRPJ TOKEN

The $CRPJ token is the native utility token of CRPJet and may be used for:

• Payment of platform fees

• Staking and farming to earn rewards

• Governance participation (DAO voting)

$CRPJ is not a security, investment contract, or share in CRPJet. Holding $CRPJ does not grant ownership or any right to profits of CRPJet. It is your responsibility to comply with local tax laws and reporting obligations.

6. FEES

Certain features of the Service (such as transactions, staking, or fiat conversions) may incur fees, which will be transparently disclosed before you proceed. Fees may be paid in $CRPJ or other supported currencies.

All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

CRPJet integrates with third-party services, such as decentralized exchanges, liquidity providers, wallet connectors, and payment processors.
These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their services or actions.

You acknowledge that interacting with third-party smart contracts, protocols, or platforms is at your own risk.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, designs, and software code (excluding open-source components), are owned by or licensed to CRPJet.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without prior written consent.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

• Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the amount of fees you have paid to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for:

• Loss of funds due to errors, hacks, or your failure to secure your credentials.

• Losses due to market fluctuations, blockchain errors, or third-party actions.

• Regulatory changes affecting your ability to use the Service.

10. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Upon termination, these Terms shall remain in effect with respect to any outstanding obligations, rights, or liabilities that accrued prior to termination.

11. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website and/or communicated via email (if applicable). Continued use of the Service after changes constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where CRPJet is organized or operates.
Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to arbitration or competent courts, as appropriate.
